Zodiac Poems~Libra---Balance

Libra---Balance

Day and night
Like two sides of coin.
When daytime faints
Night appears.
Everyday, every night,
It alternates,
But has never reached the point of balance.

Dawn, the prelude of day,
The note that leads the world to brightness.
The Sun, dominating the world, the society
It dominates everything,
With its fiery flame.
Too little of it,
People complain,
For coldness, loneliness, and despair.
Too much of it,
People mutter,
For they are burning, impetuous, and aggressive.
They call out,
The day is not balanced

Dusk, the coda of the day,
The chord that accompanies nighttime
The moon, looking over the world, the nature.
It looks over everything,
With its calm crescent.
Too little of it,
People complain,
For fear, nightmare, and darkness.
Too much of it,
People mutter,
For they are hopeless, wishful, and passive.
They call out,
The day is not balanced.

Longer day means shorter night,
Longer night, with shorter day.
It seems the day
Will never be balanced.

But as the scale rises,
The sun and moon,
Both sit inside the plate.
It is time,

Where the day is balanced.
